Blueberry Acai Bowl

Blueberry Acai Bowl

Hi there! I’m just quickly presenting you this lovely acai bowl I made a couple of weeks ago. Of all the acai bowls I eat – and I eat a lot – this blueberry acai bowl is definitely my favourite combo. It does not only help to enhance the beautiful colour, but also tastes simply delicious.

I expect you to go crazy with toppings! Just drop everything on there that you fancy and/or can find in your fridge/pantry. I’m currently eating my body weight in passion fruit, so I obviously had to put some on top. It makes for a tart and fresh bowl, just the way I like it!

So I’ll keep it short today and better gonna head back to the desk. I’m having my first exam of the semester only three weeks from today, eeek! I’ll possibly take a step back from blogging, too. If you don’t hear anything from me: have a great time, and may hot and sunny days be with you!

  1. I like the idea of using acai powder instead of a frozen packet. Lately my acai bowls have been meh, which stinks since the frozen packets are so expensive. Maybe I should try the powder method!

    1. I definitely prefer the powder! Also because you can use it for other dishes as well, for example chia pudding :)
